A: General Contractors, or GC’s, are recommended in all large construction projects as they have the experience and staff needed to keep a project on course and budget. NELCO has successfully worked as a GC in the marketplace for over 20 years.

Q: Do you charge for estimates?
A: No. Budgetary and rough order of magnitude pricing is always provided at no charge. If a more detailed budget is required and the necessary information to provide the estimate is not available charges may apply.

Q: Do you provide a warranty for your work?
A: Yes. We provide a one-year warranty for all materials and workmanship. Please inquire about our extended warranties.

Q: Do you have insurance?
A: Yes. NELCO is fully insured and bonded.

Q: How long will the project take to complete?
A: Timeframe for completion varies greatly depending on the scope of the project. Site experience on short timeline jobs

Q: Is NELCO state licensed as a General Contractor?
A: NELCO is currently licensed as a general contractor in over 60 per cent of the United States, and is adding more licenses each year. Additionally, NELCO can serve as a construction manager from coast to coast. For questions regarding specific states, contact us.

Q: Why would I not work with a local provider?
